My first book! Danielle was my nutritionist. She had great line, such as, “You can eat your dinner or you can drink your dinner, but you can’t do both, Stephanie.” I told her she had such great lines she should write a book. She told me she didn’t know how to write a book so I started to investigate the how. We put together a proposal, found an agent, and sold it. And a second career was born.
